Over the past 30 or so years I have mentored many leaders and inspired them in creative innovations and to deal with the many facets of their lives.

I sent out a survey with some pertinent questions a few moths back, and the outcomes were interesting but not surprising.

Top of the list was (drum roll please .....)

  Frustration!!!! 

 and next on the list ..... Would you believe? (No news here...)

  Finances. 

 After years of counselling many individuals and couples from all walks of life, and with varied situations they faced, and hosting and presenting workshops and talks on 3 continents and many discussions with leaders, and seeking the Lord in much prayer, and having to deal with many issues of my own, I have discovered and learnt and experienced a number of keys that can make all the difference to

avoid crises, 

build confidence to make transformational choices and decisions, 

and increase your Godly influence, 

and develop your Godly potential so that 

  FRUSTRATION becomes an emotion of the past. 

 When it comes to MONEY... 

Nelson Mandela said: "Money won't create success, the freedom to make it will."  

And freedom is not just a political environment but a leadership strategy to give you the keys to experience the personal freedom you need to focus and live on purpose.

Someone has said that "The purpose of life, is to live a life of purpose!" 

When you live a focused purposeful life as a leader, you begin to possess what the Father has made available to you through His Son, Jesus Christ and through what He did for us at the cross.
Jeremiah 29:10 (ISV) For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for well-being, and not for calamity, in order to give you a future and a hope. 
God's thoughts for us are to prosper us and give us a intended, expected future. Wow!

 But it seems so many do not experience this.
 I believe its because these KEYS have not been applied to their mission, life and purpose.

What keys?

The KEYS as laid out in Inspired Leaders Blueprint! Of course....

No, seriously! After what I have seen and heard and had to deal with, these KEYS kept me alive and focused to accomplish my calling and purpose.
Some who have just gone through these KEYS with me have experienced breakthroughs and breakouts and transformations, taking them from a crisis to a new sense of purpose and victory and wholeness for their lives and leadership.
